Insurance & cashless
Cashless treatment, explained before you’re admitted.
Our insurance desk handles pre-authorisation with your insurer or TPA, and answers Ayushman Bharat (PM-JAY) questions. Ask before a planned admission — it saves hours at discharge.
Tell us early
For a planned admission, contact the insurance desk a few days before. In an emergency, family can do this after the patient is admitted.
Share documents
Health card or policy copy, patient's Aadhaar and PAN, and the doctor's admission advice. The desk fills the pre-authorisation form.
Approval from your insurer
The hospital sends the request to your insurer or TPA. They approve, ask for more information, or decline. The desk keeps you updated.
Treatment and discharge
Approved costs are settled directly with your insurer. You pay only items your policy does not cover, such as some consumables or co-pay.

Which insurance companies and TPAs are accepted?
The list of insurers and TPAs is being confirmed with the hospital. Until it's published, call the insurance desk on +91 88893 44493 with your policy name — they'll tell you in one call.
What if my policy isn't cashless here?
You can pay the bill and claim reimbursement from your insurer. Ask the billing desk for itemised bills, the discharge summary and all reports — insurers need originals.
How long does cashless approval take?
It depends on your insurer or TPA. Planned admissions are best started a few days in advance. Final approval at discharge can take a few hours.
What does cashless not cover?
Usually non-medical items (some consumables, toiletries, attendant food), any co-payment in your policy, and anything above your room-rent limit. The desk will explain before admission.
